Monogram is using AI to help transform juvenile justice with an innovative tool aimed at reducing youth incarceration. In collaboration with Harvard’s Center for Law, Brain & Behavior (CLBB), Monogram has developed an AI-powered digital library that provides accessible, comprehensible research on adolescent brain science and behavior. This resource, designed for incarcerated youth, legal teams, and justice system professionals, offers articles, case studies, and legal tools translated into varying reading levels to make critical information available to all. By making neuroscience and legal research more understandable, this project aims to level the playing field for juveniles in the justice system and promote rehabilitation over punishment. Early feedback is positive, with institutions like the Maine Department of Corrections considering widespread implementation.
